The redefining of Glamping.....

I was on the internet doing a bit of research and I came across an ad for glamping in Las Vegas. What immediately struck me about this listing was that the name 'Trump' was included. It intrigued me no end. I clicked and read and was speechless to within an inch of my life, if that is at all possible.

You think you have seen everything then......

Trump. Glamping. Trump. Glamping. No. It just seems so wrong. It was wrong. It is. Someone is taking the piss. There is a listing on Glamping.com for Glamping at the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas. It is staggeringly flabbergasting.

They have obviously discovered our idea and then turned it on its head. We at Emerald Glamping have yurts that are like a hotel room inside. Trump International Hotel Las Vegas has hotel rooms with camping inside. Ingenious.

What Trump International Hotel Las Vegas offers does cover many of the the Glamping bases. Please see below for an incomplete list.

Wildlife: A stuffed animal. But not just any stuffed animal. This stuffed animal is 'Plush'.

Campfire: The campfire is a simulation on the HDTV.

Tent: Nothing too glamorous about the tent.

Sleeping bag: Now that sounds more like camping. Glamping , surely, is a bit more upmarket than a sleeping bag.

Sound effects: Outdoor sound effects and a planetarium projector.

And there is plenty more.

I read it. I re-read it. And again, I read it. I then checked the date. Maybe I have stumbled upon their April Fools joke. If it is, they are certainly on the ball with this one. It is a winner alright.

It's not all bad though as they are donating some of the money to a good cause. (Prices from 1400 Dollars per night)
